We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our e-bikes. Your bike is backed by a 5-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase.
Covered: Manufacturing defects in the frame and other non-wear structural components, provided the failure is determined to be the result of defective materials or workmanship under normal intended use.
Not Covered: Batteries, tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, gears, cables, bearings, grips, seats and other components that naturally wear or deteriorate through regular use. Battery capacity and range naturally decrease over time and are considered normal wear.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper assembly, modifications, overloading, corrosion, improper storage, water damage beyond the bike's rated protection, commercial use or normal wear and tear.
Proof of purchase and reasonable evidence of the claimed manufacturing defect may be required. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or the defective component replaced at our discretion.
