We sell electric bikes, parts and related items. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are shown on each product page. Where a figure has not been measured or verified yet, we leave it unpublished rather than print a number we cannot stand behind.

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made.

Warranty

The Blackrock X1 carries a 5-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in the frame and the other non-wear structural components, from the original date of purchase. Wear items are not covered. The full terms, including what counts as a wear item and how to make a claim, are on the warranty page.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is covered in the shipping policy and returns in the refund policy. Both form part of these Terms.
